INFORMATION CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As a result of the additional government measures to fight the Corona virus, unfortunately all Jump XL Trampoline parks in France will be closed until further notice.

All relevant updates will be shared with you via this page. If the information on this page does not answer your question, please contact the relevant location, preferably by e-mail. Due to the large number of questions we are currently difficult to reach by phone. We hope for your understanding. You will find email addresses of the locations under the heading "contact" on this website.

We will do our best to reschedule all reservations already made for Free Jump, packages (such as children's parties and business events) and lessons, as soon as there is clarity about the date when the parks can open again. When there is more clarity about this, we will contact you by email or telephone, so that we can reschedule the new reservation in consultation with you. At this time, you do not have to contact us yourself to move your reservation. Unfortunately we cannot refund money for reservations that have already been made.

I already booked a jump session, but the park is closed. What can I do?

I have booked a Party, can it be canceled (free of charge)?

I have a Jump Party booking in April, when will it be known if it can take place?

I have a 3-month JumpFitness subscription, but cannot go due to the closing in the last month. Will this be compensated?
Yes, we will compensate this for you. When you have a JumpFitness subscription, you can catch up on the missed lessons as soon as we are open again.

When will the remaining JumpScool classes take place?
The lessons of the current JUMPSCOOL course will be rescheduled as soon as we know for sure when we can open again. The planning of these lessons will be communicated to the students via our website and by email.
