Who may (and may not) jump?
In principle, jumping at Jump XL is for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a fun and active outing with the kids, a day out with the entire family, a fun activity with a group of friends, or an original date, jumping is the perfect choice!
Jumping is a form of aerobic exercise and therefore intensive and physically demanding. In order to prevent injury to themselves and others, those with a medical condition are therefore not allowed to jump, unfortunately. This includes pregnancy. Jump XL offers professional trampolines suitable for persons up to 120 kg in weight. The minimum age for using the trampolines is 7 years (average height of 1.40 m). If in doubt, we reserve the right to ask for proof of age. So make sure to bring documentation with you to avoid disappointment. Not yet 7? Come to Mini Jump! This is jumping at designated time slots for the very littlest of jumpers, aged 1½ to 6 years.
- From the age of 18 years, you can yourself sign the Waiver* form and jump without adult supervision.
- Young people aged 12 to 15 years can jump without supervision, but an adult (18+) needs to sign the online Waiver*.
- Young people aged 7 to 11 years may only jump under adult supervision. The adult must sign the Waiver* and must supervise the jumper from the terrace. Of course, the entire Jump Arena will at all times be under the supervision of our Jump Masters.
*The Liability and Release form.
Are you coming for a Jumping Session? Sign the Waiver online in advance; this is easier and will save you time when you check in at the cash register.
