Jumping is a physical activity that takes place on trampolines. But Jump XL takes jumping to a higher level. At our parks, you’ll find not only a large number of connected trampolines, but also jumping-related attractions like a Jump Tower, Dodgeball Arena and Ninja Course. And of course we have trampolines in all shapes and sizes, including a long Tumbling Lane and a sloping Waterfall Trampoline. The possibilities for jumpers of every level and age are virtually endless. Every Jump XL park is unique and has its own mix of attractions, which means that you will not find the same attractions at every location.
Yes, everyone who enters the Jump Arena must wear jumping socks, even if not actively jumping. This is for reasons of safety and hygiene. You will receive a free pair of jumping socks for every jumping session, lesson or package deal. Parents or supervising adults who bring their children to Mini Jump must purchase jumping socks separately. These are available at the cash register or can be purchased during the online booking process for 2.50 per pair.
It is advisable to wear comfortable sportswear. Wear clothing that lets you move effortlessly and without buttons, zippers or sharp parts. Examples include a sweatshirt, sweatpants and T-shirt. You are required to wear jumping socks, which are provided when you check in your ticket at the cash register.
You are allowed to wear glasses, but keep in mind that there is a risk that your glasses become damaged or lost while jumping. The wearing of glasses is therefore at your own risk.
Jumping is for everyone! It does not require any special skills. During regular opening hours, the Jump Arenas are open for everyone, regardless of experience level. However, for experienced jumpers like gymnasts and freerunners, it might be a better idea to come during the less crowded and popular (evening) hours.
Jumping on trampolines is possible for anyone with a body weight of up to 120 kg.
It is not allowed to bring your own food and/or drinks. Our park café offers a wide selection of options at fair prices.
Yes, there is a Wi-Fi network for guests at Jump XL parks.
All Jump XL trampoline parks comply with the legal provisions of the Decree on the Safety of Fairground Rides and Games (Warenbesluit Attractie- en Speeltoestellen, WAS). The WAS certificate guarantees that our trampoline parks meet the relevant safety standards, meaning any safety risks have been ruled out or limited to an acceptable level.
No, it is not allowed to jump when pregnant, for reasons of the safety of both mother and child.
With regular jumping sessions, it's a good idea to arrive about 20 to 30 minutes before your jumping session begins. Why? Because you’ll have to listen to an explanation and safety instructions first. Are you arriving with a group for a children’s birthday party or other Jump Party? Then we recommend arriving 30 minutes beforehand. Of course, signing the Waiver online in advance will save you time at the cash register.
Yes! If you jump often, it’s advisable to buy a 5-session or 10-session card. You can choose between a 5-session or 10-session card, for either 60-minute or 90-minute jumping sessions and for 60-minute Mini Jump sessions. We also offer a 10-lesson card and monthly subscription for the Jump Fit lessons, which means that you pay less per lesson.
Yes, every Jump Arena has a maximum capacity. This is due to safety reasons and because we want to offer everyone the best jump experience, with plenty of space to move around.
Because not all Jump Arenas are the same size, the maximum number of people who can jump at the same time also varies. But don’t worry, as long as you’re able to book a ticket for a certain time slot, the maximum capacity for that time slot has not yet been reached.
Pretty much anyone can enjoy jumping! Obviously, the intensity of the jumping depends on the person’s age and fitness level. We offer Mini Jump hours especially for the youngest jumpers (1½ to 6 years), where they can roll and crawl on the soft trampoline fields under supervision. Jumping during the regular times is permitted for jumpers aged 7 years and older.
There is no maximum age. As long as you are fit enough and do not have any physical problems that prevent you from jumping, you’re more than welcome to jump.
Absolutely. Brothers and/or sisters of children aged 1½ to 6 years can take part in Mini Jump, as long as they jump carefully. Like their younger sibling, they pay the Mini Jump rate.
Yes, due to the current coronavirus measures, you are required to reserve a session online beforehand. You will not be allowed to enter our parks without a prior reservation (time slot).
Yes, rental is possible, depending on availability. You can request this by sending an e-mail to your preferred park or using the contact form on our website. You can find the contact form in the ‘Groups’ section.
A current list of opening hours for each park can be found in the ‘Opening Hours’ section of the website. Longer opening hours apply during school holidays.
Not, you cannot. The jumping sessions always start on the hour or half hour. Every jumping session lasts one to two hours. You can reserve several jumping sessions in a row if desired.
They usually are, but it can happen that, for safety reasons, an attraction is only partly open per hour. If this is the case, our staff members (Jump Masters) will take turns supervising the attraction in order to safeguard safety. This applies to the following attractions: High-Performance, Twister, Trapeze and the Jump Tower. Contact your favourite Jump XL park for information about their approach.
Absolutely! We offer a JumpScool course package as well as Jump Fit lessons. The JumpScool course is for anyone aged 7 years and older. During a 10-lesson course, you learn to do cool tricks under the guidance of our Jump Masters. During Jump Fit, you attend fitness lessons on the trampolines. These workouts are real fat burners. Thanks to the bounce of the trampolines, Jump Fit is gentler on joints than, for example, running and is even three times as effective. See the ‘Lessons & Activities’ section for more information about our lessons.
Every Jump XL park has its own lesson schedule and organises lessons and activities like Jump Fit, JumpScool and Mini Jump. See the ‘Opening Hours’ section on the webpage of your favourite park for a current schedule.
Absolutely! It’s guaranteed to be an unforgettable party. We offer various package deals so that the children can also enjoy a treat after jumping. These packages offer a choice between a 60, 90 or 120-minute jumping session. The regular Jump Parties can be booked for ages 7 and up. For kids aged 1½ to 6 years, we offer Mini Jump Parties. See the ‘Parties & Package Deals’ section for more information.
If the parents/supervising adults are not going to jump in the Jump Arena, they do not have to pay an entry fee. Parents and supervising adults are more than welcome to enjoy something to eat and drink in our park café, which offers views of the Jump Arena.
